Check-Up Includes: Check Evaporator Coil Check Blower Wheel Check Amperage on Motors Check Freon Level Lubricate Moving Parts if Necessary

Maintenance includes: Check system for proper refrigerant charge Check compressor amperage Check condenser fan amperage Check and clean condensing coil Check contactor points Check defrost control board Check capacitors Check thermostat level and calibration Check air flow Check safety controls Check and tighten electrical connections Lubricate moving parts Check temperature split at evaporative coil Check evaporative coil and fins Flush or clear drain line Check duct work for noticeable leaks Change or wash your filter Brush clean evaporative coil, if accessible One pound of Freon FREE, if needed!

Maintenance includes: Check system for proper refrigerant charge Check compressor amperage Check condenser fan amperage Clean and check condensing coil Check capacitors Check contactor points Check crankcase heater Check condensing temperature split at condenser Wax the outdoor unit Check defrost control boards Make sure condenser is level Check thermostat level Check thermostat calibration Check air flow Check for noticeable leaks in duct work Check temperature split at evaporator coil Check all safety controls Check and tighten electrical connections Lubricate moving parts Change or wash your filter Flush out drain line Check blower amps Check heat strips amperage Check and clean evaporator drain pan Check starting capabilities Pull and clean blower assembly and motor yearly! Brush clean evaporative coil, if accessable Remove leaves from outdoor unit One pound of Freon FREE, if needed!
